(artistically acquired for approx. 419 449 EUR)

Map showing an overview of a city with a harbor, and a rural area with a museum and a marked 'You are here' point.

On winter solstice Saturday, December 21, 2024; in tandem with my mentorship (Sotheby’s 2019 CEO) (as per the map in the pictures), I got the keys to this property, specifically as a work of art. During my lectures, I knew instantly that this was the next artwork in my portfolio.

A rural scene with houses in the foreground, fields, and farmland extending into the distance under a cloudy sky.

Casa Genius houses the journey to contributing to the effort of preserving biological consciousness through the power of stability and consistency.

Aerial view of a residential neighborhood with multiple single-family houses with orange and black roofs, green lawns, and trees, under a partly cloudy sky.
