“Story Story, Story. Once Upon A Time, Time Time.
Long ago, on the African savanna, three little dinosaurs lived beneath a great baobab tree. Pegomastax was strong, Nqwebasaurus was fast, and Lesothosaurus was wise and observant. Each believed his gift was the greatest.
One year, the rains failed, the rivers dried up, and the animals grew thirsty. The Quiet Voice told them about a hidden spring beyond Black Stone Ridge.
“I will break through every obstacle!” boasted Pegomastax.
“I will reach it first!” shouted Nqwebasaurus.
Lesothosaurus quietly followed.
First, they met a wall of thorny bushes. Pegomastax tried to bite through them but became trapped. Lesothosaurus found a path around them.
Next, they reached a deep ravine. Nqwebasaurus raced ahead and nearly fell into a pit. Lesothosaurus noticed flat stones leading to safety, and they crossed together.
Finally, they reached the rocky ridge. Pegomastax searched with his strong jaws, and Nqwebasaurus explored the rocks, but neither found water. Lesothosaurus noticed green moss and ants disappearing into a crack. Listening carefully, he heard water beneath the ground.
Together, they moved the stones until a clear spring bubbled out.
Pegomastax cleared the rocks, Nqwebasaurus raced back to guide the thirsty animals, and Lesothosaurus showed everyone the safest path.
Soon, all the animals drank and regained their strength. That evening, rain fell across the savanna.
The Quiet Voice smiled. “Today, you have learned that no single gift is greater than friendship.”
From then on, Pegomastax learned patience, Nqwebasaurus learned caution, and Lesothosaurus learned to speak up.
The moral of the story is this. Strength, speed, and wisdom are powerful, but working together makes them even greater.”
