Meet Abiosè
My name is Abiosè and I am an artist based in Bjärred, in the Oresund Region. I began creating art when I was approximately four years old and have continued to create throughout my entire life. When I was pregnant with my first daughter, a text message from my father ignited a fire in my soul — a fire that would make me an artist. Little did I know that it would take me on a fascinating journey and make me a heavily pregnant painter of weddings and events, the first of her kind in Sweden and Scandinavia.
I want to create paintings that mean everything to my couples — and portraits that mean something to their guests. One of my works was selected by Beyoncé's mother for the Wearable Art Gala. Another was acquired by Museum of Movements, one of Malmö Stad's projects. I am also a doctor, specialist in family medicine, with top marks in human anatomy — the foundation of my work as a live wedding and event painter. In 2021, the CEO of Sotheby's, one of the world's leading auction houses, became my mentor.
I choose to build my portfolio with a focus on the Oresund Region — to build bridges, to try to understand each other and to work together. Love... is the greatest of them all.
I understand the value of art and how time plays a defining role. It is my dream to create art for my collectors... art that lives on long after them.
